References to "we," "us," or "the Seller" mean Revup Racing Components LTD. References to "you" or "the Customer" mean the person placing an order.
2. Scope
These Terms apply to all orders placed through suspensionescobra.es for sport springs, coilovers (EVO-III, EVO-R), adjustable springs, and related suspension products. By placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.
3. Products — Made-to-Order Manufacturing
Our sport springs, coilovers, and adjustable springs are manufactured to order according to the spring rate/hardness specifications you select at the time of purchase. They are not held as standard, pre-made stock items produced independently of a customer order.
Please review your vehicle compatibility and specification selection carefully before confirming your order, as products are built specifically to match your choices.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer. Payment is required in full before your order is processed for manufacturing and dispatch.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to destinations across Europe. Shipping cost is a flat rate of €36, included in the total shown at checkout, regardless of destination country within our delivery area.
Orders are shipped via GLS or DPD. Estimated delivery times will be confirmed at checkout or by email; these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates, as products are manufactured to order.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal — Exclusion for Made-to-Order Products
Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Because our sport springs, coilovers, and adjustable springs are manufactured to order according to the hardness/specification you select, orders cannot be cancelled for convenience once confirmed, and the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.
Please ensure your specification and vehicle compatibility are correct before completing your order.
7. Returns and Faulty Products
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns of used or installed products for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
We will accept a return in the following cases:
- The product is defective or was damaged in transit; or
- We shipped you an incorrect product.
In these cases, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the item, and we will provide a return authorisation, the return address, and any required documentation. In these cases, we cover the cost of the return and of shipping the corrected or replacement item, in line with your rights under our legal guarantee (see Section 8).
Outside of these cases — for example, where a product has already been installed and no defect is claimed — we do not accept returns, as each item is manufactured specifically for your order.
8. Legal Guarantee (Warranty)
All products come with a 3-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and lack of conformity with the order as described. During this period, if a covered defect arises, we will, at our reasonable discretion and taking into account cost and feasibility, repair or replace the product at no cost to you. Where neither repair nor replacement is possible or proportionate, you may be entitled to a price reduction or, in serious cases, to end the contract and receive a refund.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
This guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not replace, any manufacturer's warranty offered directly by Cobra Suspension.
9. Homologation / Approval for Road Use
Our coilovers and springs are homologable (suitable for the vehicle approval process) but require a separate homologation procedure to be carried out and passed independently by the customer, in accordance with the requirements of their country and region. We are not responsible for the outcome of any homologation or roadworthiness inspection process.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the following paragraph.
If you are a consumer resident in a European Union member state or another country whose mandatory consumer protection laws apply to this contract, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, which continue to apply alongside these Terms.
